REGULAR MEETING AT CITY HALL

Roll Call: Robert Baldwin, Donald Clontz, Abner Weed, Dawn Wallace
Absent: Stan Cortez.
Business of the Audience: Brian Ward had questions regarding the sidewalk at Westside Park.
1. Approval of Agenda: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve the Agenda. Mr. Weed seconded.
Motion was passed unanimously.
2. Siskiyou County Sheriff's Report: Sheriff Moore was present.
3. Update on Veterans Village Housing Concept/Proposal for Housing Complex, Information Presented of the Program Requirements:

a. Flashing crosswalk signs at Hwy. 97 and S. Pine and check for school flashing lights:
b. Animal Policy and Procedure: Mr. Weed made a motion to approve Animal Policy and Procedure. Mr. Clontz seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
5. New Business
a. Update Report on July 4*' Celebration and Event: Robert Baldwin made a motion to remove off of Agenda. Mr. Weed seconded. Motion was passed unanimously. b. Set Interview Committee for Office Clerk Applicants. c. Review Employee Holiday Observance Days: Mrs. Wallace made a motion to keep Columbus Day and omit Admission day. Mr. Weed second. Motion was passed unanimously.
6. Admin & Staff- Council Reports:
a. Repair of Memorial Park Bathrooms Proposal-Possible RKC Donation for Project: Mr.
Weed made a motion of 2500.00 donation from RKC. Mr. Baldwin seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
b. Public Works/Administration -Software and Water Meter Updates and Training: Still waiting on Badger
7. Future Agenda: Brian Ward for Westside Park
Consent Agenda - Mr. Clontz made a motion to combine A&B and to approve. Mrs. Wallace seconded.
Motion was passed unanimously.
