REGULAR MEETING AT CITY HALL

Business of the Audience: None
1. Approval of Agenda: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve the Agenda. Mr. Clontz seconded.
Motion was passed unanimously.
2. Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Report: None
3. Public Hearing- Zoning update to mixed use to better reflect development: Richo was present, gave his presentation.
4. Approve First Reading of Ordinance 236 by title only: Mr. Clontz made a motion to approve by First Reading of Ordinance 236 by title only. Mr. Baldwin seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
5. Public Hearing- Accept the 2023 Planning Fee Study and Adopt Resolution 23-11:
A. Finding that the project would not have a significant adverse effect on the environment and that we adopt the recommended CEQA exemptions: Mr. Weed made a motion to approve finding that the project would not have a significant adverse effect on the environment and that we adopt the recommended CEQA exemption
B. Approve Resolution 23-11 to establish and update planning fees as recommended by the fee study: Public Hearing- Accept the 2023 Planning Fee Study and Adopt Resolution 23-11: Mr. Weed made a motion to accept the 2023 Planning Fee Study and Adopt Resolution 23-11. Mr. Clontz seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
6. Siskiyou Economic Development Planning Representative: Mr. Weed will be Siskiyou Economic Development Planning Representative. If not able to attend Mr. Baldwin will attend.
7. Old Business Training update: Need to talk to John Kenny to schedule for 2hour class January 2024.
8. New Business Resolution 23-13 approve revised COPS grant budget: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve Resolution 23-13 approve revised COPS grant budget. Mr. Weed seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
9. Admin & Staff- Council Reports: Mrs. Wynant training with Mrs. McKay. Going into Payroll training, Meter Reading. Still working on Well House/ Sewer Pump.
10. Future Agenda: Sewer issues
Consent Agenda – Mr.Baldwin made a motion to combine A&B and to approve. Mr. Weed seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
