1. Approval of Agenda: Mr. Clontz made a motion to approve agenda, Mr. Weed seconded. Motion Was passed unanimously
2. Siskiyou County Sheriff's Report: None
3. Raise deposit for Hall Rentals for second rental: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to raise deposit for Hall Rentals for second rental to $250.00. Mr. Clontz seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
4. Van Rental policy change the return time to 4pm: Mr. Clontz made a motion for Van Rental policy change the return time to 4pm to 3:45 PM. Mr. Weed seconded motion passed unanimously.
5. Revisit Library Memorandum of Understanding: Table until next meeting

Language Access Plan - Identifying types of language assistance to be provided on an as needed basis by the City of Dorris throughout the implementation of the Community Development Block Grant program (CDBG) for 22-CDBG-HA-10024 City of Dorris Housing Rehabilitation : Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve Language Access Plan - Identifying types of language assistance to be provided on an as needed basis by the City of Dorris throughout the implementation of the Community Development Block Grant program (CDBG) for 22-CDBG-HA-10024 City of Dorris Housing Rehabilitation. Mr. Clontz Seconded. Motion Passed unanimously.
7. Adopt Resolution 23-16 Accepting the City of Dorris 2022 Housing Condition Survey funded by the Community Development Block Grant 20-CDBG-12049 City of Dorris - 2020 Housing Condition Survey: Mr. Clontz made a motion to approve to Adopt Resolution 23-16 Accepting the City of Dorris 2022 Housing Condition Survey funded by the Community Development Block Grant 20- CDBG-12049 City of Dorris - 2020 Housing Condition Survey. Mr. Baldwin seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
8. Adopt Resolution 23-17 Accepting the plans, specifications and Engineers estimate and the Environmental Assessment funded by the Community Development Block Grant 20-CDBG-12027 City of Dorris - 2020 Water Treatment Plant Improvement PTA: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve to Adopt Resolution 23-17 Accepting the plans, specifications and Engineers estimate and the Environmental Assessment funded by the Community Development Block Grant 20- CDBG-12027 City of Dorris - 2020 Water Treatment Plant Improvement PTA. Mr. Clontz seconded. motion passed unanimously.
9. Public Hearing - For Community Development Block Grant Standard Agreement Closeouts and Project Acceptance for the following grants: Water Treatment Plant Improvement PTA, Housing Condition survey, Splash Pad Installation, Microenterprise Assistant/Siskiyou County Food Assistance Program additional funds, Microenterprise Assistance/Siskiyou County Food Assistance Program Additional Funds. Accept Engineers Plan & Specifications and Environmental Review for the 20-CDBG-12027 Water Treatment Plant Improvement PTA and to accept the Housing Condition Survey for the 20-CDBG-12049 Housing Condition Survey Grant: Opened at 6:34 Pm. Brandy from Great Northern gave presentation. Closed at 6:46 PM.
