1. Approval of Agenda: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve the agenda. Mr. Clontz seconded.
Motion Passed unanimously.
2. Siskiyou County Sheriff's Report: Lt. Pannell was present gave stats for December 2023.
3. 131 N. Juniper is requesting a payment plan on W/S/G: 131 N Juniper presented their case for payment extension plan request. Mr. Baldwin motioned to extend water payments until April 1º with late fees waived. Mr. Weed seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

A. Update on Library: MOU was received item is moved to next meeting agenda.
B. Update on Sewer Pump: Joe Leonard City public works was present. Waiting on new parts for pump. Item will be revisited on the second meeting of February.
C. Update on Heater - Price Quote: Looking for a company to service and install heater for our area.
6. Admin & Staff- Badger meter training begins Jan 25th.
7. Future Agenda- Update on heater. Update on library MOU.
