Roll Call: Abner Weed, Donald Clontz, Rob Baldwin
Business of the Audience: Mrs. Angela Cook introduced herself to the council as a candidate for the Siskiyou County Board of Supervisors election.
1. Approval of Agenda: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve the agenda. Mr. Weed seconded.
Motion passed unanimously.
2. Siskiyou County Sheriff's Report: No Sheriff Present.
3. Training with Badger Meters - Closing the Office on January 25', 2024: Mr. Weed made a motion to close the office on January 25" for Badger Meter training. Mr. Clontz Seconded.
Motion passed unanimously.
4. Public Hearing - CDBG State Community Development Block Grant Program: Brandy from Great Northern was present and gave presentation on CDBG State Community Development Block Grant Program. No discussion and action.
5. Old Business
A. Library MOU: Old Library MOU was reviewed and discussed. Item will be revisited in March after discussion with city Attorney.

d. Closed Session-Employee appointment, evaluation, dismissal pursuant to (Gov. Code 54957) Animal Control/Code Enforcement: Opened 6:20 Closed at 6:28 Mr. Weed announced to the public the pay raise of Bob Campbell City Abatement Officer/Animal
7. Future Agenda: Library MOU
Consent Agenda - Mr. Baldwin made a motion to combine and approve items A&B. Mr. Weed Seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
