Business of the Audience: Assistant fire chief gave presentation on contract with Pleasant Valley increasing cost on contract.
Approval of Agenda: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve the agenda. Mr. Weed seconded.

2. Siskiyou County Sheriff's Report: Officer Anderson was present and gave presentation on January Patrol.
3. 112 N Main would like to request council waive the required signatures approve her pack permit: 112 N Main gave presentation to request council waive the required signatures approve pack permit. Council did not waive required signatures.
4. Jefferson Resources would like to request a letter of support from council on a grant application at Secret Springs: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve a letter of support from council on a grant application at Secret Springs. Mr. Clontz seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
5. Siskiyou County Local Transportation Commission present activities and highlight Regional active transportation plan project to seek community input on needs related to biking, walking, and other non-motorized modes: Item Dismissed and moved to Feb 20".
6. Resumebuilder.com would like a link to their website put on the city's website to help with easy access to this beneficial information for new participants entering into apprenticeship programs:
Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve resumebuilder.com to put their website link on the city's website. Mr. Clontz seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
7. New Business
A. Approve payment estimate number 2 for Well project to Maggiora Bros Drilling Inc. In the amount of $552.075.00 : Mr. Clontz made a motion to approve payment estimate number 2 for Well project to Maggiora Bros Drilling Inc. In the amount of $552.075.00. Mr. Weed seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
B. Approve Notice of Completion for the Chlorinator Installation project: Council requested contractor Morgan be consulted before notice of completion is approved. Mr. Weed made a motion to Approve Notice of Completion for the Chlorinator Installation project after contractor had been consulted. Mr. Clontz seconded motion passed unanimously.
C. Approve final pay estimate for Chlorinator installation project 99,910.00: Mr. Weed made a motion to approve final pay estimate for Chlorinator installation project 99,910.00 after contractor Morgan has been consulted. Mr. Clontz Seconded. Motion Passed unanimously.
8. Admin & Staff- Council Reports Financials
A. Closed Session-Employee appointment, evaluation, dismissal pursuant to (Gov. Code 54957) Administrator Office: Mr. weed reported contract for administrator has been extended.
