Approve Contract for DOMESTIC WELL REPLACEMENT PROJECT to the lowest bidder, Chancellor Drilling and Pump to Drill three (3) domestic wells of six (6) inch diameter in Butte Valley to approximately 200 feet below ground; in the amount of $149,049.00; with the option to add a 4th well with 30 days' notice for $49,683 for the 4th well for a total of 198,732.00 (discussion/action)
