1. Approval of Agenda: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve the agenda. Mr. Clontz Seconded.
Motion passed unanimously.
2. Approve Contract for DOMESTIC WELL REPLACEMENT PROJECT to the lowest bidder, Chancellor Drilling and Pump to Drill three (3) domestic wells of six (6) inch diameter in Butte Valley to approximately 200 feet below ground; in the amount of $149,049.00; with the option to add a 4th well with 30 days' notice for $49,683 for the 4th well for a total of 198,732.00: Mr. Baldwin made a motion To approve Contract for DOMESTIC WELL REPLACEMENT PROJECT to the lowest bidder, Chancellor Drilling and Pump to Drill three (3) domestic wells of six (6) inch diameter in Butte Valley to approximately 200 feet below ground; in the amount of $149,049.00; with the option to add a 4th well with 30 days' notice for $49,683 for the 4th well for a total of 198,732.00. 3. Award the contract for the Hazen and Sly Rehabilitation Project to the low bid Contractor, M. Peters, Inc.": Mr. Weed made a motion to Award the contract for the Hazen and Sly Rehabilitation Project to the low bid Contractor, M. Peters, Inc. Mr. Baldwin Seconded.
Motion passed unanimously.
