Business of the Audience: None
1. Approval of Agenda: Mr. Clontz made a motion to approve the agenda with the adoption to move item 7 to number 4. Mr. Baldwin seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
2. Siskiyou County Sheriff's Report: None.
3. 201 S Portland would like to Request a Payment Plan on W/S/G: 201 South Portland was present and requested a payment plan on W/S/G. Mr. Baldwin made a motion to Approve 201 S Portland payment plan was to the end of May with penalties waved. Mr. Clontz Seconded.
Motion passed unanimously.
4. Siskiyou Economic Development- the SEDC would like to provide a general update on the work and discussion and renew the MOU: Siskiyou Economic Development representative gave presentation of what the MOU states and projects in the works under said MOU. (No action item added to next meeting)
5. Adopt Resolution 24-01 For the General Plan Annual Progress Report - Acceptance of the 2023 General Plan Annual Progress Report and submittal of the report to the State of California pursuant to Government Code Sec. 65400: Richard Tinsman City Of Dorris City Planner gave presentation on Resolution 24-01 For the General Plan Annual Progress Report. Mr. Baldwin made a motion to Adopt Resolution 24-01 For the General Plan Annual Progress Report - Acceptance of the 2023 General Plan Annual Progress Report and submittal of the report to the State of California pursuant to Government Code Sec. 65400. Mr. Clontz seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
6. Noise Element Update - Award of contract to update the General Plan Noise Element to selected consultant: Richard Tinsman city planner gave noise element update and announced the selected consultant as Ballard Consultant. Mr. Weed made a motion to Award of contract to update the General Plan Noise Element to Ballard Consultant. Mr. Baldwin seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
7. Public Hearing workshop to discuss the preparation of a General Plan update and gather community input for its development: City planner gave presentation on the preparation of a General Plan update and gather community input for its development

Abner weed reported the Evaluation on new office clerks was successful and raises have been granted.

Baldwin seconded motion passed unanimously.
