DORRIS CITY COUNCIL MINUETS
REGULAR MEETING AT CITY HALL

Business of the Audience: None
1. Approval of Agenda: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve the agenda and the removal of items Number 4 and 7a. Mr. Clontz Seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
2. Siskiyou County Sheriff's Report: Sherriff Anderson was present gave his report.
Dorris Lions Club representative Kay Scholar would like to give update on 4"' of July: Dorris Lions President Kay Scholar Gave update on the 4th of July and requested the concession stand be repaired. Council agreed to fix the concession stand. Discussion no action required.
4. Review the budget for LAFCo. The actual distribution is set annually by the auditor's office based on a set distribution arrangement authorized under Government Code Section 56381(b)(1)(B) The distribution splits the Cities and the County's share at 50%: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to move item to the next meeting. Mr. Weed seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
5. Approve First Amendment to the Franchise Agreement between Waste Management and the City of Dorris: Mr. Clontz Requested the item be tabled to until the garbage rate increase is provided from Waste management. . Mr. Baldwin seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
6. Admin & Staff- Council Reports Financials
A) Spring Spruce Up Update: Joanna Wynant was present gave presentation. June 22" was approved for spruce day. She requested council grant her the option to find companies to take other materials. Mr. Weed made a motion to allow the city to contact other companies to take our other materials. Mr. Baldwin Seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
Future Agenda: MOU between City of Dorris And Ore-Cal LL, City truck to Tulelake/Newell, Waste management contract
Consent Agenda - Mr. Clontz made a motion to approve and combine A and B. Mr. Baldwin seconded motion passed unanimously.
