4. Conditionally approve the MOU between the City of Dorris and the Siskiyou County to distribute protein and produce in Dorris, the Administrator will be able to execute the MOU once approved by the county. (Discussion/Action)
5. Approve Joint Powers Agreement between the City of Dorris, Yreka, Dunsmuir, Etna, Fort Jones, Montague, Mt. Shasta, Tulelake, Weed, County of Siskiyou and the LTC Commission.(Discussion/Action)
6. Approve MOU between the City of Dorris and Golden State Risk Management Authority(Discussion/Action)
7. Approve purchase of Gift cards for the electrical work for heater installation. (Discussion/Action)
