1. Approval of Agenda: Mr. Baldwin Made a motion to approve the agenda. Mr. Weed Seconded motion passed unanimously.
2. Siskiyou County Sheriff's Report: Deputy Moore was present with no report, but an update on our injured officer. Officer Anderson has an appointment to possible be released back to active
3. Appoint Mayor, Mayor Pro tem: Mr. Weed made a motion to table item until all council members can be present. Mr. Clontz seconded motion passed unanimously.
4. Adopt Resolution 24-20 to close Third Street between Triangle and Railroad Street for the Christmas Parade: Mr. Barkman made a motion to adopt resolution 24-20 to close third street between triangle and railroad street for the Christmas parade. Mr. Clontz Seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
5. Approve donation request form Dolly Parton's Imagination Library: Mr. Weed Made a motion to approve the donation request from dolly patron's imagination library in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Clontz Seconded motion passed unanimously.
6. Approve partial pay estimate number 7 for Water Distribution Improvement Project to RB Aldrich Construction in the amount of $111,173.75: Mr. Weed Made a motion to approve partial pay estimate number 7 for Water Distribution Improvement Project to RB Aldrich Construction in the amount of $111,173.75. Mr. Baldwin Seconded motion passed unanimously.
7. Approve quote from B. E. Gibbons Consultants to fix back flow valves at the baseball field, library, and city playground in the amount of 1,419.75: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve quote from B. E. Gibbons Consultants to fix back flow valves at the baseball field, library, and city playground in the amount of 1,419.75. Mr. Weed seconded motion passed unanimously.
8. Admin & Staff- Council Reports Financials
a. PacifiCorp underground power lines: Joanna City Admin Gave update on PacifiCorp underground powerlines, she expressed this is our only option. Mr. Baldwin made a motion to continue with current underground plans. Mr. Barkman Seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
b. Christmas Party: Mr. Weed made a motion to have the party catered by Mr. Shanks.
Mr. Baldwin Seconded motion passed unanimously.
c. Heater: Joanna Wynant gave update on heater brought council several grants to choose from. After some discussion, Mr. Weed motioned to continue forward with USDA Grant for the heater: Mr. Clontz Seconded motion passed unanimously. d. American sanitation 119 N Railroad: Rob Baldwin made a motion to reimburse 119 north Railroad for the Porta Potty, Barry Barkman seconded motion passed unanimously.
9. Future Agenda: Christmas/ New Year's party,
