2. Siskiyou County Sheriff's Report: Officer Moore was present, nothing to report.
3. Approve rental of city hall and fee waiver for the All Class Reunion: Ms. Dissmore was present request the fees to be waved and presented to council the plan for the Reunion Meet and Greet.
Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve the fee waiver for the all class reunion to use the city hall for a meet and greet. Mr. Beck seconded motion passed unanimously.
4. Approve quote to purchase 3 street light poles $3,568.00 each for a total of 10,704.00 from Visco:

5. Admin & Staff- Council Reports Financials
a. Update 121 N Oregon: Joanna City Administrator gave presentation on update 121 N Oregon. Per a Conversation with the city attorney the water has not been changed to the tenants name and the city request permission to shut off the address until the changes are made. Mr. Clontz made a motion to shut off 121 N Oregon st until the proper account changes have been made. Mr. Baldwin Seconded. Motion passed unanimously. b. Approve moving money from savings account and pulling money from the general CD to pay for West side park improvements: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to Approve moving money from savings account and pulling money from the general CD to pay for West side park improvements. Mr. Barkman Seconded. Motion Passed unanimously. c. Requirements for Administrator: Joanna city administrator gave presentation on requirements for city administrator position. Discussion no action. d. Update on hiring Committee: Joanna Wynant gave update she has reached out to all the members discussed in prior meeting. Waiting for response. City admin request that in the event the Chamber of Commerce does not reply, the council grant permission to reach out to the Dorris Museum. Discussion no action
