REGULAR MEETING AT CITY HALL

1. Seconded fain passed undivio sade a motion to approve the agenda. Mr: Barkman
2. Siskiyou County Sheriff's Report: Sheriff was not present for presentation but report was given to council. Discussion no action.
3. Fire Department Report: None Present.
4. 120 W Third St would like to ask if she needs permission for outdoor seating. If so she would like to request permission now: Council request that the city and owner find the exact property line then bring them to the next meeting. Mr. Baldwin made a motion to add item to future meeting.
Mr. Weed seconded motion passed unanimously.
5. Appoint Mayor, Mayor Pro tem and Commission seats: Fire, Water & Sewer, Street, and Police:
Mr. Baldwin made a motion to add item to future meeting. Mr. Barkman seconded motion passed unanimously.
6. New Business
a. Fire Hazard Severity Zone Map update- Ordinance 237: Jocelyn (Jewel) Ibarra City Admin Assistant Presented on the fire map. Mr. Weed made a motion to move item to the next meeting. Mr. Beck Seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
7. Admin & Staff- Council Reports Financials
a. Update on future street projects: Jocelyn Jewel Ibarra Admin Assistant Presented that future street projects have already been selected by our engineer and his system.
Closed Session-Employee appointment, evaluation, dismissal pursuant to (Goy. Code 54957) City Treasurer: closed 6:30 pm reopened 6:55. City treasurer has submitted a resignation letter.
Approval to remove Pamela Bay (City Treasurer) & Joanna Wynant (City administrator) off of the city bank account(s) and approve the hire and account addition of Terri Pace new City Administrator.
9. Future Agenda: 120W 3* Outdoor Seating, Council Seat and Commission seat Assignments, Fire Hazard Zone Map. Update On well by library.
Consent Agenda - Mr. Weed made a motion to combine and approve items A&B. Mr. Baldwin Seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
