1. Approval of Agenda: Mr. Beck made a motion to approve the agenda. Mr. Clontz Seconded.
2. Siskiyou County Sheriff's Report: Sargent Nowdesha Presented app for council to look at calls.
Discussion no action.
3. Fire Department Report: Mathew Smith DVFD Fire Chief presented the calls received in the month of august. Discussion no action.
4. Approval to pay Jakes Construction for Housing Rehabilitation Project in the amount of 11,919.80: Mr. Clontz made a motion to approve to pay Jakes Construction for Housing Rehabilitation Project in the amount of 11,919.80. Mr. Baldwin Seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
5. Approval to pay final estimate for Hazen & Sly Rehabilitation Project to Mike Peters Inc. In the amount of S517,555.46: Mr. Beck Made a motion to Approval to pay final estimate for Hazen & Sly Rehabilitation Project to Mike Peters Inc. In the amount of $517,555.46. Mr. Clontz Seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
6. New Business
A. Fire Hazard Severity Zone Map update- Ordinance 237: City Administrator Terri Pace Presented she is writing a letter to the legislature. Discussion no action.
7. Admin & Staff- Council Reports Financials
A: Update on purchase of New Sheriffs Vehicle: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to table this item until future meeting. Mr. Beck Seconded. Motion Passed unanimously.
8. Closed Session- Employee appointment, evaluation, dismissal pursuant to (Gov. Code 54957), 1 person, City Administrator: Closed 6:14pm Reopen 7:44pm Nothing Presented on closed session.
9. Future Agenda Christmas Committee, 120 W. 3" St, Fire Map, Police rigs.
Consent Agenda - Mr. Beck made a motion to combine items A&B and approve. Mr. Baldwin Seconded Motion passed unanimously.
