Business of the Audience: This is the time set aside for citizens to address the council on matters not on the agenda or that are on the consent agenda. Comments should be limited to matters within the jurisdiction of he Council. If your comments concern and Item shown on the agenda please address the Council after tha item is open for public statement. By law, the Council cannot take action on matters that are not on the agenda. The Mayor reserves the right to limit the duration of each speaker to three (3) minutes. Speakers may not cede their time.

Documents and material relating to the closed session agenda items that are provided to the Dorris City Council less than 24 hours prior to a special meeting will be available for public inspection and copying at Dorris City Hall, 307 South Main Street, Dorris, CA.
