Business of the Audience: None
1. Approval of Agenda: Abner Weed made a motion to approve the agenda with the amendment to add approval and concerns of animal control as number 4. Mr. Beck Seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
2. Siskiyou County Sheriff's Report: None
3. Fire Department Report: None
4. Approval and concerns of animal control: Robert Campbell City animal control and abatement presented concerns of pack licensing and citizens not following the law as it are written in the ordinance. Discussion no action.
5. Community Van Procurement Package: CDBG representative for the city of Dorris Presented And request council vote on which vehicle they would like. Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve Community Van Procurement Package for the XLT Ford Transit. Mr.
Clontz Seconded motion passed unanimously.
6. Approval of Invoices for CDBG: Mr. Weed made a motion to approve invoices 101822- 0825, 102023-0825 and 4622 for housing rehab. Mr. Beck Seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
7. Approval of ADP (Transferring payroll to 3rd party): Mr. Baldwin made a motion to table item until next meeting. Mr. Weed seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
8. Scheduling of first Fiscal Committee: Mr. Weed made a motion to table to later date until we can get set dates to meet. Mr. Clontz Seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
9. Closed Session- Employee appointment, evaluation, dismissal pursuant to (Gov. Code 54957), 1 person, City Administrator: Closed 6:49 pm reopen: 7:16 pm Abner Weed presented what was discussed in closed session. Jocelyn Ibarra is hereby appointed as the interim City administrator and Karen Dissmore is appointed as city treasurer.
10. Future Agenda: Payroll Transfer to ADP, Fiscal Committee, and City van update.
Consent Agenda - Mr. Weed made a motion to combine and approve items A&B. Mr. Barkman Seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
