2. Approval of Siskiyou County First 5 18* annual "Read across Siskiyou" Proclamation: Mr.
Beck Made a motion to approve the Siskiyou County Fist 5 18* annual "Read across Siskiyou" 2025 Event. Mr. Clontz Seconded.
3. Approval of housing Rehab Invoices to Jakes Construction in the amount of $56,777.15: Mr.
Baldwin made a motion to approve Housing Rehab invoices to jakes construction in the amount of $56,777.15.
4. Siskiyou County Sheriff's Report: Sargent Charlie Nowdesha Presented Activity that happened in October with 91 Incidents in 30 Days. Sargent Nowdesha also presented that the Fundraiser dinner For Deputy Anderson Was Successful and raised $70,000.00 towards His Treatments.

5. Fire Department Report: Mathew Smith DVFD Fire Chief Presented in the month of October they have responded to 15 Medicals 3 Lift call and 1 vegetation fire call. Discussion no action.
6. Review/Approval of Encroachment permits for 120 W 3" St: City Administrator Terri Pace Presented. She had reached out to City Planner, City Engineer and City Attorney on the matter.
She voiced all opinions received. City Attorney recommends specific parameters be set in place to allow the city to "Pull the plug" on the project if we feel it is no longer within our best interest.
Mr. Beck Made a motion to table the item until 11/17 Meeting. Mr. Baldwin Seconded. Motion Passed Unanimously.
7. Closed Session- Employee appointment, evaluation, dismissal pursuant to (Gov. Code 54957), 1 person, City Administrator: Closed 6:50pm Reopen 7:06pm Rob Baldwin Presented that the new city Treasurer will have 24 hours maximum and will be reevaluated each meeting.
8. Future Agenda: Introducing ADP, Anna, Dog License & Upping Fees.
