Business of the Audience: None.
1. Approval of Agenda: Mr. Weed made a motion to approve the agenda. Mr. Baldwin Seconded.
Motion passed unanimously.
2. Siskiyou County Sheriff's Report: None.
3. Fire Department Report: None
4. Review/Approval of Encroachment permit for 120 W 3" St: Mr. Weed made a motion to table until future meeting to find fee amount. Mr. Baldwin seconded. Motion passed unanimously
5. Approval of resolution 25-12 to raise the rates of Dog Licensing and Animal impound fees. Mr.
Clontz made a motion to approve resolution 25-12 to raise the rates of Dog Licensing and Animal impound fees with the amendment that dog licensing fees remain the same for those 65 and older.
Mr. Barkman Seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
6. Approval of Waste Water Treatment Plant Project: Mr. Weed made a motion to table until future agenda. Mr. Baldwin Seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
Admin & Staff
7. Approval of transferring payroll responsibilities to ADP: Jocelyn Ibarra interim City Administrator presented the Benefits of ADP and the relief that ADP would bring to office staff. Mr. Weed made a motion to approve the transferring of payroll responsibilities to ADP.
Mr. Baldwin Seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
8. Closed Session- Employee appointment, evaluation, dismissal pursuant to (Gov. Code 54957), 1 person, City Administrator. None.
9. Future Agenda: Encroachment Fees, Waste Water Treatment Plant.
