REGULAR MEETING AT CITY HALL

Business of the Audience: None
1. Approval of Agenda: Mr. Clontz made a motion to approve the agenda. Mr. Beck Seconded.
The motion passed unanimously.
2. Siskiyou County Sheriff's Report: Officer Nowdesha Was present. Gave no report at this time.
3. Fire Department Report: Matt Smith, Fire Chief was present. Presented no calls for service.
4. 312 S. California St Would like to set up a payment plan for W/S/G and waive late fees: 312 South California was not present. No discussion or action.
5. Approve Butte Valley Ambulance annual utility fee waiver, to waive water, sewer, and garbage fees for Ambulance: Mr. Weed made a motion to approve Butte Valley Ambulance annual utility fee waiver, to waive water, sewer, and garbage fees for Ambulance. Mr. Barkman Seconded.
Motion passes unanimously.
6. 120 W. 3rd street would like approval for a use permit: Mr. Weed made a motion to approve the use permit with the condition that current tenants need to vacate the premises by February 28th.
7. Select 2 Council members to meet with the Butte Valley Museum regarding the old fire engine:
Council discussed due to the date and time of the Butte valley museum meeting that only one is available to attend. Mr. Weed volunteered to be the city's advocate at this meeting. Mr. Beck made a motion to approve sending Mr. Weed as the city's advocate. Mr. Barkman seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
Admin & Staff
8. Update on badger meter: Jocelyn Ibarra Interim city admin presented that the meter numbers that were missing have been provided and added to the system. Hopes to have public works do a practice read by February. Discussion no action.
9. Update on CUSI: Interim City Admin Presented there is still some implementation needed.
Admin and staff are completing customer records whenever able. Discussion no action.
10. Update on GPS Tracking for city vehicles: Interim City admin presented that the city has been in contact with the insurance and the city attorney to get a sample policy that both are happy with to create a new policy for the city. Discussion no action.
11. Update on Body Camera for Animal Control: Interim City admin presented that the city has been in contact with the insurance and the city attorney to get a sample policy that both are happy with to create a new policy for the city. Discussion no action.
12. Update on ADP and review of timecards: Interim City admin presented that ADP is LIVE! Timecards presented for review. Discussion no action.
13. Closed Session- Employee appointment, evaluation, dismissal pursuant to (Gov. Code 54957), City Administrator. No Closed session at this time.
14. Future Agenda
Consent Agenda - Mr. Weed made a motion to combine and approve item A& B Mr. Beck Seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
