C. Public Forum: At this time, anyone present may comment upon any cityrelated business item, which is not on this agenda. Please state your name and address for the record. Please be concise and avoid repetition. The mayor may limit you to one presentation not to exceed three minutes in length. State law now requires at least twice as much time be allotted to a member of the public who utilizes a non-English translator. Response is not required. Action, if necessary is limited to staff referral, or with special conditions, placement on a future agenda.
