Dos Palos City Council Special Meeting Minutes
December 13th, 2022
A. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor April Hogue called a Special Meeting of the Dos Palos City Couneil to order at 6 :02 pm in the City-County Building at 1546-15 54 Golden Gate Avenue in Dos Palos, California on Tuesday, December 13th, 2022.
1. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Pro Tem Debbie Orlando.
2. An invocation was made by Councilmember Pigg.
3. Roll Call: City Clerk Ysidro Garcia called Roll finding the following City Councilmembers present: Mayor April Hogue, Mayor pro Tern Debbie Orlando, Councilmember Thomas Pigg, Councilmember Armando Bravo. Absent:
Councilmember Porter.
4. Public Fornm: None
F. Resolution 2022-13: Consider Participation in the Multijurisdictional Housing Element (MJHE). Staff from the County of Merced and all Cities within the County of Merced are considering participation in the region's first Multiju.risdictional Housing Element. The joint effort is a way for jurisdictions to cost save and meet State Housing element requirements.
A motion to approve was made Councilmember Bravo a11d a second by Councilmember Pigg.
Motion passed 4-0.
G. Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 6: l 7pm.
