1(' CALL TO ORDER: Mayor April Hogue called a Regular Meeting of the Dos Palos City Council to order at 6:00 pm in the City-County Building at 1546-1554 Golden Gate Avenue in Dos Palos, California on Tuesday, November 2lst,.2023.
1. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilmember Porter.
2. An Invocation was led by Councilmember Thomas Pigg.
3. Roll Call: City Clerk Ysidro Garcia called the Roll finding all City Councilmembers present: Mayor Hogue, Mayor Pro Tem Bravo, Councilmember Pigg and Councilmember Porter. Absent: Councilmember Orlando.
Others present included: City Manager Dewayne Jone,~, Assistant City Manager / Director of Finance & Personnel Manuela Sousa, Director of Public Works Gordon Bonds, Director of Utilities Craig Hackett and Various Others.

2. It was Moved by Councilmember Pigg and Seconded by Councilmember Porter to approve the Treasurers Report for May 2023. The motion passed 4-0 as follows:

2. Following a Staff Report, It was Moved by Councilmember Pigg and Seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Bravo to Adopt Resolution 2023-15, Opposing Initiative 21- 0042Al at the request of the League of Cities. The motion passed 4-0 as follows:
AYES: Hogue, Bravo, Pigg, Porter. NOES: None, ABSENT: Orlando, ABSTENTIONS: None,
3. Following a Staff Report, It was Moved by Councilmember Porter and Seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Bravo to Adopt Resolution 2023-16, Providing Workers Compensation Coverage for Non-Safety City Volunteers. The. motion passed 4-0 as follows: AYES: Hogue, Bravo, Pigg, Porter. NOES: None, ABSENT: Orlando, ABSTENTIONS: None.
4. Following a Staff Report, It was Moved by Councilmember Pigg and Seconded by Councihnember Porter to Authorize the City Manager to enter into an Agreement with Merced County Association of Governments (MCAG) for the New Construction of the Lorraine Street Bridge in the Amount of $2,764,000. The motion passed 4-0 as follows: AYES: Hogue, Bravo, Pigg, Porter, NOES: None.
