A.CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Katy Reed called a regular Meeting of the Dos Palos City Council To order at 6:00 p.m. in the City County Building at 1554 Golden Gate Avenue in Dos Palos.

There was a Proclamation for National Health Center Week August 2th 2026 August 8th 2026 For Golden Valley Health Center that was read by Mayor Reed • C. CONSENT CALENDAR
1. It was moved by Councilmember Bautista and seconded by Mayor Reed to pull the items off the Consent Calendar motion passed with a 4-0 vote as follows AYES: Mayor Reed, Councilmember Bravo, Porter and Bautista NOES: None ABSENT:
Councilmember Pigg
2. It was moved by Councilmember Porter and seconded by Councilmember Bautista To move items to the July 24th Special Meeting at 5:00 it was passed on a 3-1 Vote as follows AYES: Mayor Reed, Councilmember Porter, and Bautista NOES: Councilmember Bravo ABSENT: Councilmember Pigg.
It was moved by Councilmember Porter and seconded by Mayor Reed to approve the City of Dos Palos regular meeting Minutes for June 17, 2026, the motion was passed on a 4-0 as follows AYES: Mayor Reed, Councilmember Bravo, Porter and Bautista NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Pigg
4. It was moved by Mayor Reed and seconded by Councilmember Bravo to approve the Treasurer's Report for January 2026 - May 2026,the motion passed On a 4-0 as follows: Mayer Reed, Councilmember Bravo, Porter, and Bautista NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Pigg
D. BUSINESS:
1. After a discussion a motion was made by Councilmember Porter and seconded by Councilmember Bravo to Consider approving a 10- year extension of the existing agreement with Axon Enterprise to maintain departments Tasers a report was given by Chief of Police. Motion passed on a 4-0 as follows AYES: Mayor Reed, Councilmember Bravo, Porter, and Bautista NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Pigg
2. After a discussion a motion was made by Councilmember Porter and seconded By Councilmember Bravo to consider the Business Associate Agreement from Keenan And Assoc (Insurance Broker) a report was given by the Director of Finance Motion Passed on a 4- 0 as follows AYES: Mayor Reed Councilmember Bravo, Porter, And Bautista NOES: none ABSENT: Councilmember Pigg
