A: Call To Order: Mayor Katy Reed called a Special Meeting of the Dos Palos City Council To order at 5:00 p.m. in the City County Building at 1554 Golden Gate Avenue in Dos Palos.

D. Roll Call. City Clerk ABSENT: Councilmember Pigg

Consent Calendar
1. It was moved by Mayor Reed and seconded by Councilmember Porter to approve the Warrants for July 2026. The City would transfer as follows: $73,000 from RMA Investment account, $8,000.00 from Westamerica account, $300,000 from the LAIF account, and balance of warrants to be paid with monies in operating account at Tri Counties bank $315,400.00. The motion passed 4-0 as follows AYES: Mayor Reed, Councilmember Bravo, Porter, and Bautista NOES: none ABSENT: Councilmember Pigg
2. 1. It was moved by Mayor Reed and seconded by Councilmember Bautista to authorize the Director of Finance to transfer funds for the August 5, 2026 payroll only. The motion passed 4-0 as follows AYES: Mayor Reed, Councilmember Bravo, Porter, and Bautista NOES: none ABSENT: Councilmember Pigg
