Consideration of Action Pursuant to Elections Code section 10229 to Report either appoint the only two candidates to the two open City Council Discussion seats in lieu of an election or direct that an the election be held Public Comment and authorize staff to transfer funds as needed to pay for said election. The 46h Council Session is now in session and ends on November 17, 2026. The next available numbers of record are Ordinance #453 and Resolution 2026-02.

Consideración de acciones Conforme al artículo 10229 del Reporte Código Electoral para nombrar a los dos únicos candidatos Discussion ara los dos puestos vacantes en el Ayuntamiento en lugar de Comentario Public una elección o ordenar que se celebre la elección y autoriza Accion al personal a transferir fondos según sea necesario para pagar dicha elección.
