A. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Reed called a Regular Meeting of the Dos Palos City Council To order at 6:00 p.m.
1. Roll Call: City Clerk Tracy Mosby called the roll finding Councilmembers
Present: Mayor Reed, Councilmember Pigg, Councilmember Bravo, Councilmember Bautista. ABSENT: Councilmember Porter.

E. CONSENT CALENDAR:

F. BUSINESS:
After discussion a motion was made by Councilmember Bravo and seconded by Councilmember Pigg to consider the Action Pursuant to Elections Code section 10229 to Appoint the only two candidates Laura Andrews and Brian Guerrero to the two open City Council seats in lieu of an election. The motion passed 4-1 as follows AYES: Mayor Reed Councilmember Pigg, Bravo and Bautista. NOES: None ABSENT: Coucilmember Porter.
