A: Call To Order: Mayor Katy Reed called a Special Meeting of the Dos Palos City Council To order at 5:33 p.m. in the City County Building at 1554 Golden Gate Avenue in Dos Palos.
1. Roll Call. City Clerk Tracy Mosby
Absent: Councilmember Porter, Pigg
Flag Salute. Councilmember Armando Bravo
3. Invocation. No Invocation
Public Forum: At this time, anyone present may comment upon any city- related business item, which is not on this agenda. Please state your name and address for the record. Please be concise and avoid repetition. The mayor may limit you to one presentation not to exceed three minutes in length. State law now requires at least twice as much time be allotted to a member of the public who utilizes a non-English translator. Response is not required. Action, if necessary is limited to staff referral, or with special conditions, placement on a future agenda.
B. Consent Calendar
None
C. BUSINESS:
1. After discussion a motion was made by Councilmember Bautista and seconded by Councilmember Bravo to liquidate Chandler account in the amount of $275,000 and pay the CSJVRMA invoice in the amount of $302,026 minus $24,911.00 for ERMA coverage. Motion passed 2-1. follows AYES: Councilmember Bravo, and Bautista NOES:
Mayor Reed ABSENT: Councilmember Pigg and Councilmember Porter.
2. After discussion a motion was made Councilmember Bravo and second by Councilmember Bautista to pay the August 2025 warrants and to remove Ck #26700 to PG&E for the amount of $32,301.25, due to a credit we have in the amount of $7,671.46. The motion passed on a 3-0 as follows AYES: Mayor Reed, Councilmember Bravo and Councilmember Bautista NOES: none ABSENT: Councilmember Pigg and Councilmember Porter.
D. Adjourned to close session 6:30 pm
