FUTURE TRANSFER OF THE NASANUL TEE BUILDING TO THE CITY OF DOWNEY

RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council approve a Memorandum of Understanding with US VI Downey, LLC, to facilitate the transfer of the NASANultee Building from the property owner -US VI Downey, LLC, to the City of Downey; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all amendments to the Memorandum of Understanding.

The purpose of the MOU is to describe the roles and responsibilities of the Parties, with respect to the potential transfer of the Building from the Property Owner to the City, such as: defining the tasks and processes that are necessary to convey the Building to the City, including, but not
