Mayor Pacheco asked City Clerk Duarte if any written ounlnnenta were received regarding Closed Session Items. City Clerk Duarte confirmed no written Public Cornnngnta were received. Mayor Pacheco asked if there was anyone present who would like to comment on Closed Session items.

Rodolfn Cortee Baro*gon, non-resident, commented regarding |hann No. 1 and listed desired qualities for the Interim City Attorney. He commented regarding water rights and free speech.
Having no one else, Mayor Pacheco closed public comment.
RECESSED TO CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Pacheco announced the City Council is recessing to Closed Session at5:52 p.m. to discuss matters under the authority of the following sections of the Government Code:

Mayor Pacheco reconvened the 8peoo| City Council meeting at 8:38 pm. with all Council Members present.
City Attorney /\bioh Genie reported the Closed Session report for osfollows: In regards to Item No. 1. the City Council gave direction tostaff; in regards to Item Nos. 2' 3, ond4' the City Council gave direction to its labor negotiator.
