This project involved upgrading the existing traffic signals and completion of other safety enhancements at various intersections to enhance traffic operations, safety and surveillance capabilities along Paramount Boulevard between Gardendale Street and Telegraph Road.

Upgrading existing curb ramps at Quill Road -Quoit Street, Alameda Street, Stewart & Gray Road, Brookmill Road, Suva Street and Vista Del Rosa Street intersections along Paramount Boulevard to current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and the installation of pedestrian handrails at Alameda St. and Stewart and Gray Rd. intersections.
Two change orders were issued totaling $192,601.22 which included upgrading the traffic signal completed on time -and -material bases at multiple intersections.
