WHEREAS, the SB 1 project list, attached herein as Exhibit "A" and "B", and overall investment in our local streets and roads infrastructure with a focus on basic maintenance and safety, investing in complete streets infrastructure, and using cutting -edge technology, materials and practices, will have significant positive co -benefits statewide.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Downey is approving the list of newly proposed projects attached herein as Exhibit "A" to be funded in Fiscal Year 2022/2023 with SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Downey is approving the list of projects previously proposed and adopted from Fiscal Year 2021/2022 attached herein as Exhibit "B" and may also utilize Fiscal Year 2022/2023 RMRA revenues in their delivery. With the relisting of these projects in the adopted fiscal year resolution, the City is reaffirming to the public and the State our intent to fund these projects with RMRA revenues:
