However, there was an exception in the Community Development Department— Building & Safety section where fees werz increased by the actual dollar amount.

Some fees were amended to reflect 100% cost recovery or closer to 100% cost recovery for the service. The 100% cost recovery amount was determined by a third party consultant, Matrix Consulting Group, as part of a 2016 study. These fees are highlighted in yellow on the Fee Schedule.

Fees under the Columbia Memorial Space Center were adjusted to previous fee rates. As the Space Center continues to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic closure, particular in regards to facility rentals and party packages, setting fees to these fee rates will help the Space Center attract new and returning patrons to the Center. These fees are highlighted in purple on the Fee Schedule.

A few fees under Theatre were adjusted to the current reimbursable fees for T-,--nue—TZzr staffing. These fees are highlighted in blue on the Fee Schedule.

Further, City staff is proposing to add 22 fees to the Fee Schedule in order to recover costt related to services not previously identified on the schedule. These fees are highlighted in gree& tin the Fee Schedule.

FISCAL IMPACT
The exact fiscal impact of these fee adjustments is not known at this time, but the revenue increase would be negligible.
