The Havana Nights will be on Downey - and 3 Id Street between the following intersections * Downey Avenue from 2 nd Street to 4 th Street

* 3 d Street to end of south parking lot entrance of US Bank For the City of Downey's Havana Nights event, staff recommends closing vehicular access to th(I locations described above. A map is attached for your review.
The proposed closure will be from 10:00 am Thursday, October 6, 2022 to 12:00 am on Friday, October 7, 2022, to allow staff time for set-up, breakdown and clean-up. Property owners an* tenants will be notified person.
