I am asking for immediate help to resolve the dangerous Cecilia st curve. The curve comes from Orr& day street from the city of norwalk. This presents a true issue, where two cities will have to come together to protect each city residents.
I manuel ojeda have owned my house on Cecilia for 3 years and have personally experienced 2 vehicles being hit and fighting insurance companies.
Each time the driver causing the damage did not have sufficient insurance to cover all damages.
There has been 5 accidents in the past 3 years of my residence. I ask for help as a downey resident to correct the dangers by making a dead end to match all other downey streets like oursH This is just a summary of events I hope to get a chance to speak January 10 2023 at city council meeting thank you in advance for your diligence to rectify this issue
