SUBJECT: SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A
REQUEST TO CHANGE THE ZONE DESIGNATION OF THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 7360 FOSTER BRIDGE BOULEVARD
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The City Council will consider adopting an Ordinance approving the zone change designation from R-1 (Single-Family Residential) to R-3-O (Multiple-Family Residential Ownership) for the property located at 7360 Foster Bridge Boulevard. The zone change request is part of a larger project for a 33-unit condominium development.
RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council:
Adopt Ordinance No. 24-1512 approving a Zone Change Designation from R-1 (Single-family Residential) to R-3-O (Multiple-family residential ownership) for the property located at 7360 Foster Bridge Boulevard.
BACKGROUND
The Ordinance (Attachment A) was introduced for a first reading at the regular City Council meeting on May 14, 2024, where after fully considering all oral and written testimony and facts and opinions offered, introduced the attached ordinance.
AN ALYSIS
The analysis and information provided in the original agenda memo dated May 14, 2024, remains unchanged.
