We are your constituents, Americans across this great nation, and worldwide citizens who are asking you to reject the proposed ceasefire resolution or "peace" resolution that is none other than a resolution to keep Hamas terrorists in power.
We have watched in horror as pro -terror activists have tried to hijack American city councils, campus life, and more with misinformation, extremist ideology, and violent conduct that undermine our democratic way of life and our peaceful communities.
While hiding behind the slogan of human rights, they are actually a P.R. arm of Hamas aimed at covering up Hamas atrocities against Palestinians and Israelis [1-3].
Sadly, these pro -terror activists show their true colors by burning American flags, holding signs that said, "Globalize the Intifada," waving Hamas terrorist flags, and wearing Hezbollah terrorist headbands [4].
We know that the pro -terrorist groups tend to be vocal and put undue pressure on city councils. To help you with your decision, we would like to share with you an open letter written on May 10, 2024 by 80 retired U.S. military leaders, who served our country with distinction in the Middle East [5].
These generals collaborated on a public message to teach the American people and the world essential facts that have been buried in hate, propaganda, and noise.
The letter states:
1) Israel has a right to defend itself against Iranian backed terrorists on all sides. 2) Israel is a staunch ally that protects U.S. soldiers and civilians — and deserves our support. 3) The U.S. President and a bipartisan Congress must collaborate to ensure that Israel always has essential weapons. 39 4) The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) follow international rules of war while Israel's enemies ABUSE these rules and purposely endanger civilians to falsely paint Israel as the aggressor. 5) Israel is fighting for civilization against barbaric enemies [6].
Many of our military families across this great nation have loved ones who have fought against terrorists such as these, and many of us have loved ones who have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our democratic way of life.
We owe our military families the greatest respect for their service, and we ask you for your moral clarity by taking a stand against terrorism and for democracy.

We have watched in horror as protestors have overtaken city councils and American university campuses with misinformation, extremist ideology, and violent conduct that undermine our democratic way of life and our peaceful communities.
THE TRUTH ABOUT "PRO-PALESTINIAN" PROTESTERS
The protesters claim to be an anti -war movement to stop the "genocide, apartheid, and occupation" [1] of the Palestinian people, but nothing can be further from the truth.
Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and other groups (AMP, CAIR, JVP, WOL, etc.) are funded by the Hamas terrorist organization [2-7]. As a propaganda arm of Hamas, their sole purpose is to radicalize and misinform city councils and campuses and create a massive disinformation campaign to delegitimize Israel and promote the annihilation of the Jewish State.
Their chant, "From the River to the Sea," clearly states their intention [8]. If you listen carefully, however, their violent intentions do not stop with Israel. They promote antisemitism the world over with the ultimate goal of overturning democratic values as they chant "Death to America" [9-10]. Their philosophy is anchored in the Hamas Charter, which states in its introduction, "Israel will exist until Islam will obliterate it" and "Our struggle against the Jews is very great and very serious" [11]; and the radical Islamist Duaat entitled "How Islam will dominate the world" [12].
Pure logic and history upends the protesters' statements. 41 Only days after the heinous October 7 attacks on Israel, these protesters started its false accusations of "genocide" [13].
Here is the truth:
FALSE CLAIMS OF APARTHEID, COLONIALISM, AND OCCUPATION
Hamas' accusations of apartheid and colonialism are false. Israel is a multi -racial society where the Arab citizens have full rights. Inciting racism or discrimination in Israel is a criminal offense [14]. Moreover, archaeological evidence proves Jewish indigenousy, with cities populated by a Jewish majority prior to the establishment of the modern state of Israel [15].
Israel has been out of Gaza since 2005 as one of many gestures of peace with its Arab neighbors that has been met with violence [16]. In response, Hamas overtook Gaza, slaughtered Palestinian leaders, created 450 miles of terror tunnels, launched over 30,000 rockets at Israel, and on October 7 perpetrated the most heinous attack on the Jewish people since the Holocaust including the kidnapping of Israelis, Americans, and Foreign Nationals still missing today.
HAMAS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEATHS OF PALESTINIANS
Both Hamas and the protesters' accusations of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are blatantly false. Numerous military leaders, including John Spencer (Former Chair of Urban Warfare Studies, WestPoint), testify that "Israel has implemented more measures to avoid civilian casualties than any other military in the history of war" including its use of precision weapons and the sending of leaflets, texts, and calls to Gazans ahead of airstrikes to provide time for them to evacuate targeted areas [1-19]. Sadly, terrorists boast of hiding among their own civilians to increase casualties [20].
Armies that fight defensive wars against terrorists in urban warfare generally have a civilian to casualty ratio of 4 to 60:
1; meaning 4 to 60 civilians are accidentally killed for every terrorist eliminated. This was true for U.S. and coalition troops in Mosul (2016-2017) [21]. However, Israel's ratio is 1:1, meaning they have reduced civilian casualties more than four to sixtyfold by comparison [22]. According to International Law (Article 51), these deaths fall squarely on Hamas [23].
Hamas leaders have admitted that they lie about numbers of civilian casualties [24], and statistical analysis proves that the Ministry of Health numbers are misleading [25].
Moreover, Palestinian civilians attest to the fact that Hamas steals food from aid trucks and murders Palestinians trying to reach the aid [26-29].
HAMAS' GLOBAL SUBTERFUGE VIA CITY COUNCIL PROTESTS
Hamas covers its atrocities against the Palestinian people (e.g., blocking safe passage corridors, hiding and firing weapons among civilians) [30-32] by sponsoring and supporting city council and worldwide protests on the Palestinians' behalf with the sole intent of delegitimizing Israel [33-35].

Armies that fight defensive wars against terrorists in urban warfare generally have a civilian to casualty ratio of 4 to 60:

SUMMARY
After the barbaric attack on October 7th, Hamas is still holding hostages, including dead bodies, firing thousands of rockets from and into civilian areas, and rebuilding its terror structure.
By allowing protesters, SJP, and groups like it to hijack local city councils, it only rewards and emboldens Hamas, endangers Israel and worldwide democracies, and prevents the Gazans from taking responsibility to unlearn hate and choose healthy governance so that they become viable peace partners. 48 The world is at an uncomfortable brink: Barbarism vs. Democracy. We have watched in horror as pro -terror activists have tried to hijack American city councils, campus life, and more with misinformation, extremist ideology, and violent conduct that undermine our democratic way of life and our peaceful communities.
While hiding behind the slogan of human rights, they are actually a P.R. arm of Hamas aimed at covering up Hamas atrocities against Palestinians and Israelis [1-3].
Sadly, these pro -terror activists show their true colors by burning American flags, holding signs that said, "Globalize the Intifada," waving Hamas terrorist flags, and wearing Hezbollah terrorist headbands [4].
We know that the pro -terrorist groups tend to be vocal and put undue pressure on city councils. To help you with your decision, we would like to share with you an open letter written on May 10, 2024 by 80 retired U.S. military leaders, who served our country with distinction in the Middle East [5].
These generals collaborated on a public message to teach the American people and the world essential facts that have been buried in hate, propaganda, and noise.
The letter states:
1) Israel has a right to defend itself against Iranian backed terrorists on all sides. 2) Israel is a staunch ally that protects U.S. soldiers and civilians — and deserves our support. 3) The U.S. President and a bipartisan Congress must collaborate to ensure that Israel always has essential weapons. 51 4) The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) follow international rules of war while Israel's enemies ABUSE these rules and purposely endanger civilians to falsely paint Israel as the aggressor. 5) Israel is fighting for civilization against barbaric enemies [6].
Many of our military families across this great nation have loved ones who have fought against terrorists such as these, and many of us have loved ones who have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our democratic way of life.
We owe our military families the greatest respect for their service, and we ask you for your moral clarity by taking a stand against terrorism and for democracy.

We are your constituents, Americans across this great nation, and worldwide citizens who ask you to vote NO on the proposed "ceasefire" resolution or "peace" resolution which is a cover up for Hamas atrocities against Palestinians and Israelis.
We have watched in horror as protestors have overtaken city councils and American university campuses with misinformation, extremist ideology, and violent conduct that undermine our democratic way of life and our peaceful communities.
THE TRUTH ABOUT "PRO-PALESTINIAN" PROTESTERS
The protesters claim to be an anti -war movement to stop the "genocide, apartheid, and occupation" [1] of the Palestinian people, but nothing can be further from the truth.
Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and other groups (AMP, CAIR, JVP, WOL, etc.) are funded by the Hamas terrorist organization [2-7]. As a propaganda arm of Hamas, their sole purpose is to radicalize and misinform city councils and campuses and create a massive disinformation campaign to delegitimize Israel and promote the annihilation of the Jewish State.
Their chant, "From the River to the Sea," clearly states their intention [8]. If you listen carefully, however, their violent intentions do not stop with Israel. They promote antisemitism the world over with the ultimate goal of overturning democratic values as they chant "Death to America" [9-10]. Their philosophy is anchored in the Hamas Charter, which states in its introduction, "Israel will exist until Islam will obliterate it" and "Our struggle against the Jews is very great and very serious" [11]; and the radical Islamist Duaat entitled "How Islam will dominate the world" [12].
Pure logic and history upends the protesters' statements. 59 Only days after the heinous October 7 attacks on Israel, these protesters started its false accusations of "genocide" [13].
Here is the truth:
FALSE CLAIMS OF APARTHEID, COLONIALISM, AND OCCUPATION
Hamas' accusations of apartheid and colonialism are false. Israel is a multi -racial society where the Arab citizens have full rights. Inciting racism or discrimination in Israel is a criminal offense [14]. Moreover, archaeological evidence proves Jewish indigenousy, with cities populated by a Jewish majority prior to the establishment of the modern state of Israel [15].
Israel has been out of Gaza since 2005 as one of many gestures of peace with its Arab neighbors that has been met with violence [16]. In response, Hamas overtook Gaza, slaughtered Palestinian leaders, created 450 miles of terror tunnels, launched over 30,000 rockets at Israel, and on October 7 perpetrated the most heinous attack on the Jewish people since the Holocaust including the kidnapping of Israelis, Americans, and Foreign Nationals still missing today.
HAMAS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEATHS OF PALESTINIANS
Both Hamas and the protesters' accusations of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are blatantly false. Numerous military leaders, including John Spencer (Former Chair of Urban Warfare Studies, WestPoint), testify that "Israel has implemented more measures to avoid civilian casualties than any other military in the history of war" including its use of precision weapons and the sending of leaflets, texts, and calls to Gazans ahead of airstrikes to provide time for them to evacuate targeted areas [1-19]. Sadly, terrorists boast of hiding among their own civilians to increase casualties [20].
Armies that fight defensive wars against terrorists in urban warfare generally have a civilian to casualty ratio of 4 to 60:
1; meaning 4 to 60 civilians are accidentally killed for every terrorist eliminated. This was true for U.S. and coalition troops in Mosul (2016-2017) [21]. However, Israel's ratio is 1:1, meaning they have reduced civilian casualties more than four to sixtyfold by comparison [22]. According to International Law (Article 51), these deaths fall squarely on Hamas [23].
Hamas leaders have admitted that they lie about numbers of civilian casualties [24], and statistical analysis proves that the Ministry of Health numbers are misleading [25].
Moreover, Palestinian civilians attest to the fact that Hamas steals food from aid trucks and murders Palestinians trying to reach the aid [26-29].
HAMAS' GLOBAL SUBTERFUGE VIA CITY COUNCIL PROTESTS
Hamas covers its atrocities against the Palestinian people (e.g., blocking safe passage corridors, hiding and firing weapons among civilians) [30-32] by sponsoring and supporting city council and worldwide protests on the Palestinians' behalf with the sole intent of delegitimizing Israel [33-35].
Donning the cloak of victimhood and resistance, Hamas's behavior is barbaric — igniting hatred and discrimination against Israel, worldwide Jewry, and democracy itself.
SUMMARY
After the barbaric attack on October 7th, Hamas is still holding hostages, including dead bodies, firing thousands of rockets from and into civilian areas, and rebuilding its terror structure. 60 By allowing protesters, SIP, and groups like it to hijack local city councils, it only rewards and emboldens Hamas, endangers Israel and worldwide democracies, and prevents the Gazans from taking responsibility to unlearn hate and choose healthy governance so that they become viable peace partners.
The world is at an uncomfortable brink: Barbarism vs. Democracy. Rewarding barbarity and those that support it is a losing proposition. Military families in your city and the entire U.S. know this to be true.
Bold leadership, not capitulation, is the only strategy to keep communities safe.
We ask you to vote NO on this ceasefire resolution, or any other title they give this resolution, which is meant to keep Hamas in power and continue to inflict carnage on the Palestinians and Israelis.

We are your constituents, Americans across this great nation, and worldwide citizens who are asking you to reject the proposed ceasefire resolution or "peace" resolution that is none other than a resolution to keep Hamas terrorists in power.
We have watched in horror as pro -terror activists have tried to hijack American city councils, campus life, and more with misinformation, extremist ideology, and violent conduct that undermine our democratic way of life and our peaceful communities.
While hiding behind the slogan of human rights, they are actually a P.R. arm of Hamas aimed at covering up Hamas atrocities against Palestinians and Israelis [1-3].
Sadly, these pro -terror activists show their true colors by burning American flags, holding signs that said, "Globalize the Intifada," waving Hamas terrorist flags, and wearing Hezbollah terrorist headbands [4].
We know that the pro -terrorist groups tend to be vocal and put undue pressure on city councils. To help you with your decision, we would like to share with you an open letter written on May 10, 2024 by 80 retired U.S. military leaders, who served our country with distinction in the Middle East [5].
These generals collaborated on a public message to teach the American people and the world essential facts that have been buried in hate, propaganda, and noise.
The letter states:
1) Israel has a right to defend itself against Iranian backed terrorists on all sides. 2) Israel is a staunch ally that protects U.S. soldiers and civilians — and deserves our support. 3) The U.S. President and a bipartisan Congress must collaborate to ensure that Israel always has essential weapons. 63 4) The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) follow international rules of war while Israel's enemies ABUSE these rules and purposely endanger civilians to falsely paint Israel as the aggressor. 5) Israel is fighting for civilization against barbaric enemies [6].
Many of our military families across this great nation have loved ones who have fought against terrorists such as these, and many of us have loved ones who have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our democratic way of life.
We owe our military families the greatest respect for their service, and we ask you for your moral clarity by taking a stand against terrorism and for democracy.

We are your constituents, Americans across this great nation, and worldwide citizens who are asking you to reject the proposed ceasefire resolution or "peace" resolution that is none other than a resolution to keep Hamas terrorists in power.
We have watched in horror as pro -terror activists have tried to hijack American city councils, campus life, and more with misinformation, extremist ideology, and violent conduct that undermine our democratic way of life and our peaceful communities.
While hiding behind the slogan of human rights, they are actually a P.R. arm of Hamas aimed at covering up Hamas atrocities against Palestinians and Israelis [1-3].
Sadly, these pro -terror activists show their true colors by burning American flags, holding signs that said, "Globalize the Intifada," waving Hamas terrorist flags, and wearing Hezbollah terrorist headbands [4].
We know that the pro -terrorist groups tend to be vocal and put undue pressure on city councils. To help you with your decision, we would like to share with you an open letter written on May 10, 2024 by 80 retired U.S. military leaders, who served our country with distinction in the Middle East [5].
These generals collaborated on a public message to teach the American people and the world essential facts that have been buried in hate, propaganda, and noise.
The letter states:
1) Israel has a right to defend itself against Iranian backed terrorists on all sides. 2) Israel is a staunch ally that protects U.S. soldiers and civilians — and deserves our support. 3) The U.S. President and a bipartisan Congress must collaborate to ensure that Israel always has essential weapons. 69 4) The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) follow international rules of war while Israel's enemies ABUSE these rules and purposely endanger civilians to falsely paint Israel as the aggressor. 5) Israel is fighting for civilization against barbaric enemies [6].
Many of our military families across this great nation have loved ones who have fought against terrorists such as these, and many of us have loved ones who have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our democratic way of life.
We owe our military families the greatest respect for their service, and we ask you for your moral clarity by taking a stand against terrorism and for democracy.

We have watched in horror as protestors have overtaken city councils and American university campuses with misinformation, extremist ideology, and violent conduct that undermine our democratic way of life and our peaceful communities.
THE TRUTH ABOUT "PRO-PALESTINIAN" PROTESTERS
The protesters claim to be an anti -war movement to stop the "genocide, apartheid, and occupation" [1] of the Palestinian people, but nothing can be further from the truth.
Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and other groups (AMP, CAIR, JVP, WOL, etc.) are funded by the Hamas terrorist organization [2-7]. As a propaganda arm of Hamas, their sole purpose is to radicalize and misinform city councils and campuses and create a massive disinformation campaign to delegitimize Israel and promote the annihilation of the Jewish State.
Their chant, "From the River to the Sea," clearly states their intention [8]. If you listen carefully, however, their violent intentions do not stop with Israel. They promote antisemitism the world over with the ultimate goal of overturning democratic values as they chant "Death to America" [9-10]. Their philosophy is anchored in the Hamas Charter, which states in its introduction, "Israel will exist until Islam will obliterate it" and "Our struggle against the Jews is very great and very serious" [11]; and the radical Islamist Duaat entitled "How Islam will dominate the world" [12].
Pure logic and history upends the protesters' statements.
Only days after the heinous October 7 attacks on Israel, these protesters started its false accusations of "genocide" [13]. 71 Here is the truth:
FALSE CLAIMS OF APARTHEID, COLONIALISM, AND OCCUPATION
Hamas' accusations of apartheid and colonialism are false. Israel is a multi -racial society where the Arab citizens have full rights. Inciting racism or discrimination in Israel is a criminal offense [14]. Moreover, archaeological evidence proves Jewish indigenousy, with cities populated by a Jewish majority prior to the establishment of the modern state of Israel [15].
Israel has been out of Gaza since 2005 as one of many gestures of peace with its Arab neighbors that has been met with violence [16]. In response, Hamas overtook Gaza, slaughtered Palestinian leaders, created 450 miles of terror tunnels, launched over 30,000 rockets at Israel, and on October 7 perpetrated the most heinous attack on the Jewish people since the Holocaust including the kidnapping of Israelis, Americans, and Foreign Nationals still missing today.
HAMAS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEATHS OF PALESTINIANS
Both Hamas and the protesters' accusations of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are blatantly false. Numerous military leaders, including John Spencer (Former Chair of Urban Warfare Studies, WestPoint), testify that "Israel has implemented more measures to avoid civilian casualties than any other military in the history of war" including its use of precision weapons and the sending of leaflets, texts, and calls to Gazans ahead of airstrikes to provide time for them to evacuate targeted areas [1-19]. Sadly, terrorists boast of hiding among their own civilians to increase casualties [20].
Armies that fight defensive wars against terrorists in urban warfare generally have a civilian to casualty ratio of 4 to 60:
1; meaning 4 to 60 civilians are accidentally killed for every terrorist eliminated. This was true for U.S. and coalition troops in Mosul (2016-2017) [21]. However, Israel's ratio is 1:1, meaning they have reduced civilian casualties more than four to sixtyfold by comparison [22]. According to International Law (Article 51), these deaths fall squarely on Hamas [23].
Hamas leaders have admitted that they lie about numbers of civilian casualties [24], and statistical analysis proves that the Ministry of Health numbers are misleading [25].
Moreover, Palestinian civilians attest to the fact that Hamas steals food from aid trucks and murders Palestinians trying to reach the aid [26-29].
HAMAS' GLOBAL SUBTERFUGE VIA CITY COUNCIL PROTESTS
Hamas covers its atrocities against the Palestinian people (e.g., blocking safe passage corridors, hiding and firing weapons among civilians) [30-32] by sponsoring and supporting city council and worldwide protests on the Palestinians' behalf with the sole intent of delegitimizing Israel [33-35].
Donning the cloak of victimhood and resistance, Hamas's behavior is barbaric — igniting hatred and discrimination against Israel, worldwide Jewry, and democracy itself.
SUMMARY
After the barbaric attack on October 7th, Hamas is still holding hostages, including dead bodies, firing thousands of rockets from and into civilian areas, and rebuilding its terror structure.
By allowing protesters, SJP, and groups like it to hijack local city councils, it only rewards and emboldens Hamas, endangers Israel and worldwide democracies, and prevents the Gazans from taking responsibility to unlearn hate and choose healthy governance so that they become viable peace partners. 1%
The world is at an uncomfortable brink: Barbarism vs. Democracy. Rewarding barbarity and those that support it is a losing proposition. Military families in your city and the entire U.S. know this to be true.
Bold leadership, not capitulation, is the only strategy to keep communities safe.
We ask you to vote NO on this ceasefire resolution, or any other title they give this resolution, which is meant to keep Hamas in power and continue to inflict carnage on the Palestinians and Israelis.

We are your constituents, Americans across this great nation, and worldwide citizens who ask you to vote NO on the proposed "ceasefire" resolution or "peace" resolution which is a cover up for Hamas atrocities against Palestinians and Israelis.
We have watched in horror as protestors have overtaken city councils and American university campuses with misinformation, extremist ideology, and violent conduct that undermine our democratic way of life and our peaceful communities.
THE TRUTH ABOUT "PRO-PALESTINIAN" PROTESTERS
The protesters claim to be an anti -war movement to stop the "genocide, apartheid, and occupation" [1] of the Palestinian people, but nothing can be further from the truth.
Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and other groups (AMP, CAIR, JVP, WOL, etc.) are funded by the Hamas terrorist organization [2-7]. As a propaganda arm of Hamas, their sole purpose is to radicalize and misinform city councils and campuses and create a massive disinformation campaign to delegitimize Israel and promote the annihilation of the Jewish State.
Their chant, "From the River to the Sea," clearly states their intention [8]. If you listen carefully, however, their violent intentions do not stop with Israel. They promote antisemitism the world over with the ultimate goal of overturning democratic values as they chant "Death to America" [9-10]. Their philosophy is anchored in the Hamas Charter, which states in its introduction, "Israel will exist until Islam will obliterate it" and "Our struggle against the Jews is very great and very serious" [11]; and the radical Islamist Duaat entitled "How Islam will dominate the world" [12].
Pure logic and history upends the protesters' statements. 81 Only days after the heinous October 7 attacks on Israel, these protesters started its false accusations of "genocide" [13].
Here is the truth:
FALSE CLAIMS OF APARTHEID, COLONIALISM, AND OCCUPATION
Hamas' accusations of apartheid and colonialism are false. Israel is a multi -racial society where the Arab citizens have full rights. Inciting racism or discrimination in Israel is a criminal offense [14]. Moreover, archaeological evidence proves Jewish indigenousy, with cities populated by a Jewish majority prior to the establishment of the modern state of Israel [15].
Israel has been out of Gaza since 2005 as one of many gestures of peace with its Arab neighbors that has been met with violence [16]. In response, Hamas overtook Gaza, slaughtered Palestinian leaders, created 450 miles of terror tunnels, launched over 30,000 rockets at Israel, and on October 7 perpetrated the most heinous attack on the Jewish people since the Holocaust including the kidnapping of Israelis, Americans, and Foreign Nationals still missing today.
HAMAS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEATHS OF PALESTINIANS
Both Hamas and the protesters' accusations of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are blatantly false. Numerous military leaders, including John Spencer (Former Chair of Urban Warfare Studies, WestPoint), testify that "Israel has implemented more measures to avoid civilian casualties than any other military in the history of war" including its use of precision weapons and the sending of leaflets, texts, and calls to Gazans ahead of airstrikes to provide time for them to evacuate targeted areas [1-19]. Sadly, terrorists boast of hiding among their own civilians to increase casualties [20].
Armies that fight defensive wars against terrorists in urban warfare generally have a civilian to casualty ratio of 4 to 60:
1; meaning 4 to 60 civilians are accidentally killed for every terrorist eliminated. This was true for U.S. and coalition troops in Mosul (2016-2017) [21]. However, Israel's ratio is 1:1, meaning they have reduced civilian casualties more than four to sixtyfold by comparison [22]. According to International Law (Article 51), these deaths fall squarely on Hamas [23].
Hamas leaders have admitted that they lie about numbers of civilian casualties [24], and statistical analysis proves that the Ministry of Health numbers are misleading [25].
Moreover, Palestinian civilians attest to the fact that Hamas steals food from aid trucks and murders Palestinians trying to reach the aid [26-29].
HAMAS' GLOBAL SUBTERFUGE VIA CITY COUNCIL PROTESTS
Hamas covers its atrocities against the Palestinian people (e.g., blocking safe passage corridors, hiding and firing weapons among civilians) [30-32] by sponsoring and supporting city council and worldwide protests on the Palestinians' behalf with the sole intent of delegitimizing Israel [33-35].
Donning the cloak of victimhood and resistance, Hamas's behavior is barbaric — igniting hatred and discrimination against Israel, worldwide Jewry, and democracy itself.
SUMMARY
After the barbaric attack on October 7th, Hamas is still holding hostages, including dead bodies, firing thousands of rockets from and into civilian areas, and rebuilding its terror structure. 82 By allowing protesters, SJP, and groups like it to hijack local city councils, it only rewards and emboldens Hamas, endangers Israel and worldwide democracies, and prevents the Gazans from taking responsibility to unlearn hate and choose healthy governance so that they become viable peace partners.
The world is at an uncomfortable brink: Barbarism vs. Democracy. Rewarding barbarity and those that support it is a losing proposition. Military families in your city and the entire U.S. know this to be true.
Bold leadership, not capitulation, is the only strategy to keep communities safe.
We ask you to vote NO on this ceasefire resolution, or any other title they give this resolution, which is meant to keep Hamas in power and continue to inflict carnage on the Palestinians and Israelis.

We are your constituents, Americans across this great nation, and worldwide citizens who are asking you to reject the proposed ceasefire resolution or "peace" resolution that is none other than a resolution to keep Hamas terrorists in power.
We have watched in horror as pro -terror activists have tried to hijack American city councils, campus life, and more with misinformation, extremist ideology, and violent conduct that undermine our democratic way of life and our peaceful communities.
While hiding behind the slogan of human rights, they are actually a P.R. arm of Hamas aimed at covering up Hamas atrocities against Palestinians and Israelis [1-3].
Sadly, these pro -terror activists show their true colors by burning American flags, holding signs that said, "Globalize the Intifada," waving Hamas terrorist flags, and wearing Hezbollah terrorist headbands [4].
We know that the pro -terrorist groups tend to be vocal and put undue pressure on city councils. To help you with your decision, we would like to share with you an open letter written on May 10, 2024 by 80 retired U.S. military leaders, who served our country with distinction in the Middle East [5].
These generals collaborated on a public message to teach the American people and the world essential facts that have been buried in hate, propaganda, and noise.
The letter states:
1) Israel has a right to defend itself against Iranian backed terrorists on all sides. 2) Israel is a staunch ally that protects U.S. soldiers and civilians — and deserves our support. 3) The U.S. President and a bipartisan Congress must collaborate to ensure that Israel always has essential weapons. 85 4) The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) follow international rules of war while Israel's enemies ABUSE these rules and purposely endanger civilians to falsely paint Israel as the aggressor. 5) Israel is fighting for civilization against barbaric enemies [6].
Many of our military families across this great nation have loved ones who have fought against terrorists such as these, and many of us have loved ones who have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our democratic way of life.
We owe our military families the greatest respect for their service, and we ask you for your moral clarity by taking a stand against terrorism and for democracy.

We are your constituents, Americans across this great nation, and worldwide citizens who are asking you to reject the proposed ceasefire resolution or "peace" resolution that is none other than a resolution to keep Hamas terrorists in power.
We have watched in horror as pro -terror activists have tried to hijack American city councils, campus life, and more with misinformation, extremist ideology, and violent conduct that undermine our democratic way of life and our peaceful communities.
While hiding behind the slogan of human rights, they are actually a P.R. arm of Hamas aimed at covering up Hamas atrocities against Palestinians and Israelis [1-3].
Sadly, these pro -terror activists show their true colors by burning American flags, holding signs that said, "Globalize the Intifada," waving Hamas terrorist flags, and wearing Hezbollah terrorist headbands [4].
We know that the pro -terrorist groups tend to be vocal and put undue pressure on city councils. To help you with your decision, we would like to share with you an open letter written on May 10, 2024 by 80 retired U.S. military leaders, who served our country with distinction in the Middle East [5].
These generals collaborated on a public message to teach the American people and the world essential facts that have been buried in hate, propaganda, and noise.
The letter states:
1) Israel has a right to defend itself against Iranian backed terrorists on all sides. 2) Israel is a staunch ally that protects U.S. soldiers and civilians — and deserves our support. 3) The U.S. President and a bipartisan Congress must collaborate to ensure that Israel always has essential weapons. 91 4) The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) follow international rules of war while Israel's enemies ABUSE these rules and purposely endanger civilians to falsely paint Israel as the aggressor. 5) Israel is fighting for civilization against barbaric enemies [6].
Many of our military families across this great nation have loved ones who have fought against terrorists such as these, and many of us have loved ones who have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our democratic way of life.
We owe our military families the greatest respect for their service, and we ask you for your moral clarity by taking a stand against terrorism and for democracy.

THE TRUTH ABOUT "PRO-PALESTINIAN" PROTESTERS
The protesters claim to be an anti -war movement to stop the "genocide, apartheid, and occupation" [1] of the Palestinian people, but nothing can be further from the truth.
Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and other groups (AMP, CAIR, JVP, WOL, etc.) are funded by the Hamas terrorist organization [2-7]. As a propaganda arm of Hamas, their sole purpose is to radicalize and misinform city councils and campuses and create a massive disinformation campaign to delegitimize Israel and promote the annihilation of the Jewish State.
Their chant, "From the River to the Sea," clearly states their intention [8]. If you listen carefully, however, their violent intentions do not stop with Israel. They promote antisemitism the world over with the ultimate goal of overturning democratic values as they chant "Death to America" [9-10]. Their philosophy is anchored in the Hamas Charter, which states in its introduction, "Israel will exist until Islam will obliterate it" and "Our struggle against the Jews is very great and very serious" [11]; and the radical Islamist Duaat entitled "How Islam will dominate the world" [12].
Pure logic and history upends the protesters' statements. 93 Only days after the heinous October 7 attacks on Israel, these protesters started its false accusations of "genocide" [13].
Here is the truth:
FALSE CLAIMS OF APARTHEID, COLONIALISM, AND OCCUPATION
Hamas' accusations of apartheid and colonialism are false. Israel is a multi -racial society where the Arab citizens have full rights. Inciting racism or discrimination in Israel is a criminal offense [14]. Moreover, archaeological evidence proves Jewish indigenousy, with cities populated by a Jewish majority prior to the establishment of the modern state of Israel [15].
Israel has been out of Gaza since 2005 as one of many gestures of peace with its Arab neighbors that has been met with violence [16]. In response, Hamas overtook Gaza, slaughtered Palestinian leaders, created 450 miles of terror tunnels, launched over 30,000 rockets at Israel, and on October 7 perpetrated the most heinous attack on the Jewish people since the Holocaust including the kidnapping of Israelis, Americans, and Foreign Nationals still missing today.
HAMAS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEATHS OF PALESTINIANS
Both Hamas and the protesters' accusations of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are blatantly false. Numerous military leaders, including John Spencer (Former Chair of Urban Warfare Studies, WestPoint), testify that "Israel has implemented more measures to avoid civilian casualties than any other military in the history of war" including its use of precision weapons and the sending of leaflets, texts, and calls to Gazans ahead of airstrikes to provide time for them to evacuate targeted areas [1-19]. Sadly, terrorists boast of hiding among their own civilians to increase casualties [20].
Armies that fight defensive wars against terrorists in urban warfare generally have a civilian to casualty ratio of 4 to 60:
1; meaning 4 to 60 civilians are accidentally killed for every terrorist eliminated. This was true for U.S. and coalition troops in Mosul (2016-2017) [21]. However, Israel's ratio is 1:1, meaning they have reduced civilian casualties more than four to sixtyfold by comparison [22]. According to International Law (Article 51), these deaths fall squarely on Hamas [23].
Hamas leaders have admitted that they lie about numbers of civilian casualties [24], and statistical analysis proves that the Ministry of Health numbers are misleading [25].
Moreover, Palestinian civilians attest to the fact that Hamas steals food from aid trucks and murders Palestinians trying to reach the aid [26-29].
HAMAS' GLOBAL SUBTERFUGE VIA CITY COUNCIL PROTESTS
Hamas covers its atrocities against the Palestinian people (e.g., blocking safe passage corridors, hiding and firing weapons among civilians) [30-32] by sponsoring and supporting city council and worldwide protests on the Palestinians' behalf with the sole intent of delegitimizing Israel [33-35].
Donning the cloak of victimhood and resistance, Hamas's behavior is barbaric — igniting hatred and discrimination against Israel, worldwide Jewry, and democracy itself.
SUMMARY
After the barbaric attack on October 7th, Hamas is still holding hostages, including dead bodies, firing thousands of rockets from and into civilian areas, and rebuilding its terror structure. 94 By allowing protesters, SIP, and groups like it to hijack local city councils, it only rewards and emboldens Hamas, endangers Israel and worldwide democracies, and prevents the Gazans from taking responsibility to unlearn hate and choose healthy governance so that they become viable peace partners.
The world is at an uncomfortable brink: Barbarism vs. Democracy. Rewarding barbarity and those that support it is a losing proposition. Military families in your city and the entire U.S. know this to be true.
Bold leadership, not capitulation, is the only strategy to keep communities safe.
We ask you to vote NO on this ceasefire resolution, or any other title they give this resolution, which is meant to keep Hamas in power and continue to inflict carnage on the Palestinians and Israelis.

We are your constituents, Americans across this great nation, and worldwide citizens who ask you to vote NO on the proposed "ceasefire" resolution or "peace" resolution which is a cover up for Hamas atrocities against Palestinians and Israelis.
We have watched in horror as protestors have overtaken city councils and American university campuses with misinformation, extremist ideology, and violent conduct that undermine our democratic way of life and our peaceful communities.
THE TRUTH ABOUT "PRO-PALESTINIAN" PROTESTERS
The protesters claim to be an anti -war movement to stop the "genocide, apartheid, and occupation" [1] of the Palestinian people, but nothing can be further from the truth.
Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and other groups (AMP, CAIR, JVP, WOL, etc.) are funded by the Hamas terrorist organization [2-7]. As a propaganda arm of Hamas, their sole purpose is to radicalize and misinform city councils and campuses and create a massive disinformation campaign to delegitimize Israel and promote the annihilation of the Jewish State.
Their chant, "From the River to the Sea," clearly states their intention [8]. If you listen carefully, however, their violent intentions do not stop with Israel. They promote antisemitism the world over with the ultimate goal of overturning democratic values as they chant "Death to America" [9-10]. Their philosophy is anchored in the Hamas Charter, which states in its introduction, "Israel will exist until Islam will obliterate it" and "Our struggle against the Jews is very great and very serious" [11]; and the radical Islamist Duaat entitled "How Islam will dominate the world" [12].
Pure logic and history upends the protesters' statements.
Only days after the heinous October 7 attacks on Israel, these protesters started its false accusations of "genocide" [13]. 101
Here is the truth:
FALSE CLAIMS OF APARTHEID, COLONIALISM, AND OCCUPATION
Hamas' accusations of apartheid and colonialism are false. Israel is a multi -racial society where the Arab citizens have full rights. Inciting racism or discrimination in Israel is a criminal offense [14]. Moreover, archaeological evidence proves Jewish indigenousy, with cities populated by a Jewish majority prior to the establishment of the modern state of Israel [15].
Israel has been out of Gaza since 2005 as one of many gestures of peace with its Arab neighbors that has been met with violence [16]. In response, Hamas overtook Gaza, slaughtered Palestinian leaders, created 450 miles of terror tunnels, launched over 30,000 rockets at Israel, and on October 7 perpetrated the most heinous attack on the Jewish people since the Holocaust including the kidnapping of Israelis, Americans, and Foreign Nationals still missing today.
HAMAS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEATHS OF PALESTINIANS
Both Hamas and the protesters' accusations of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are blatantly false. Numerous military leaders, including John Spencer (Former Chair of Urban Warfare Studies, WestPoint), testify that "Israel has implemented more measures to avoid civilian casualties than any other military in the history of war" including its use of precision weapons and the sending of leaflets, texts, and calls to Gazans ahead of airstrikes to provide time for them to evacuate targeted areas [1-19]. Sadly, terrorists boast of hiding among their own civilians to increase casualties [20].
Armies that fight defensive wars against terrorists in urban warfare generally have a civilian to casualty ratio of 4 to 60:
1; meaning 4 to 60 civilians are accidentally killed for every terrorist eliminated. This was true for U.S. and coalition troops in Mosul (2016-2017) [21]. However, Israel's ratio is 1:1, meaning they have reduced civilian casualties more than four to sixtyfold by comparison [22]. According to International Law (Article 51), these deaths fall squarely on Hamas [23].
Hamas leaders have admitted that they lie about numbers of civilian casualties [24], and statistical analysis proves that the Ministry of Health numbers are misleading [25].
Moreover, Palestinian civilians attest to the fact that Hamas steals food from aid trucks and murders Palestinians trying to reach the aid [26-29].
HAMAS' GLOBAL SUBTERFUGE VIA CITY COUNCIL PROTESTS
Hamas covers its atrocities against the Palestinian people (e.g., blocking safe passage corridors, hiding and firing weapons among civilians) [30-32] by sponsoring and supporting city council and worldwide protests on the Palestinians' behalf with the sole intent of delegitimizing Israel [33-35].
Donning the cloak of victimhood and resistance, Hamas's behavior is barbaric — igniting hatred and discrimination against Israel, worldwide Jewry, and democracy itself.
SUMMARY
After the barbaric attack on October 7th, Hamas is still holding hostages, including dead bodies, firing thousands of rockets from and into civilian areas, and rebuilding its terror structure.
By allowing protesters, SJP, and groups like it to hijack local city councils, it only rewards and emboldens Hamas, endangers Israel and worldwide democracies, and prevents the Gazans from taking responsibility to unlearn hate and choose healthy governance so that they become viable peace partners. 102
The world is at an uncomfortable brink: Barbarism vs. Democracy. Rewarding barbarity and those that support it is a losing proposition. Military families in your city and the entire U.S. know this to be true.
Bold leadership, not capitulation, is the only strategy to keep communities safe.
We ask you to vote NO on this ceasefire resolution, or any other title they give this resolution, which is meant to keep Hamas in power and continue to inflict carnage on the Palestinians and Israelis.

We are your constituents, Americans across this great nation, and worldwide citizens who are asking you to reject the proposed ceasefire resolution or "peace" resolution that is none other than a resolution to keep Hamas terrorists in power.
We have watched in horror as pro -terror activists have tried to hijack American city councils, campus life, and more with misinformation, extremist ideology, and violent conduct that undermine our democratic way of life and our peaceful communities.
While hiding behind the slogan of human rights, they are actually a P.R. arm of Hamas aimed at covering up Hamas atrocities against Palestinians and Israelis [1-3].
Sadly, these pro -terror activists show their true colors by burning American flags, holding signs that said, "Globalize the Intifada," waving Hamas terrorist flags, and wearing Hezbollah terrorist headbands [4].
We know that the pro -terrorist groups tend to be vocal and put undue pressure on city councils. To help you with your decision, we would like to share with you an open letter written on May 10, 2024 by 80 retired U.S. military leaders, who served our country with distinction in the Middle East [5].
These generals collaborated on a public message to teach the American people and the world essential facts that have been buried in hate, propaganda, and noise.
The letter states:
1) Israel has a right to defend itself against Iranian backed terrorists on all sides. 2) Israel is a staunch ally that protects U.S. soldiers and civilians — and deserves our support. 3) The U.S. President and a bipartisan Congress must collaborate to ensure that Israel always has essential weapons. 105
4) The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) follow international rules of war while Israel's enemies ABUSE these rules and purposely endanger civilians to falsely paint Israel as the aggressor. 5) Israel is fighting for civilization against barbaric enemies [6].
Many of our military families across this great nation have loved ones who have fought against terrorists such as these, and many of us have loved ones who have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our democratic way of life.
We owe our military families the greatest respect for their service, and we ask you for your moral clarity by taking a stand against terrorism and for democracy.
