EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The City Council will consider adopting a resolution to appoint Mr. Hector O. Beltran to the Public Works Committee for Council District 4.
RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council:
Adopt Resolution No. 25-8291, approving the appointment of Hector O. Beltran to the Public Works Committee for Council District 4.
DISCUSSION
Pursuant to Downey City Charter Section 902, Council Member Frometa recommends approval of the appointment of Hector O. Beltran to the Public Works Committee for Council District 4.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF HECTOR O. BELTRAN TO THE
PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE FOR COUNCIL DISTRICT 4
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Hector O. Beltran is hereby appointed to the Public Works Committee for Council District 4 for the term expiring December 2026.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and transmit a copy thereof to the appointee.
