The Community Development Commission Housing Successor Agency of the City of Downey held a Regular Meeting on March 26, 2019, at 7:33 p.m., in the Council Chamber of the Downey City Hall, 11111 Brookshire Avenue, Downey, California, Chair Rodriguez presiding.

Chair Rodriguez opened Public Comment.
Armando Herman, resident, commented in opposition of Item No. 1; property taxes; and, ADA compliance.
Having no one else come forward, Chair Rodriguez closed Public Comment.

Vice -Chair Pacheco abstained from Item No. 1 due to the close proximity to her place of business, and left the dais.

It was moved by Commissioner Ashton, seconded by Commissioner Frometa, and approved 4-0-1, with Vice -Chair Pacheco abstaining to approve the Consent Calendar.
