RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council:
Adopt Resolution No. 26-8332, approving the appointment of David Valadez to the Public Works Committee for Council District 5.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF DAVID VALADEZ TO THE PUBLIC
WORKS COMMITTEE FOR COUNCIL DISTRICTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. David Valadez is hereby appointed to the Public Works Committee for Council District 5 for the term expiring December 2028.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and transmit a copy thereof to the appointee:
