EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The City Council will consider adopting a resolution to appoint Mr. Christian Gutierrez to the Public Works Committee for Council District 4.
RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council:
Adopt Resolution No. 26-8342, approving the appointment of Christian Gutierrez to the Public Works Committee for Council District 4.
BACKGROUND

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF CHRISTIAN GUTIERREZ TO THE PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE FOR COUNCIL DISTRICT 4
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Christian Gutierrez is hereby appointed to the Public Works Committee for Council District 4 for the term expiring December 2026.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and transmit a copy thereof to the appointee.
