City Attomey Phan presented the Staff Report and discussed the changes to the commissioner terms.
Moved by Mayor Pro-Tem Paras-Caracci, seconded by Corurcilmember Kang, and caried by the following vote of the Council to introduce and pass on for second reading Ordinance No. 906,amending Duarte Municipal Code Sections 2.20.040,2.22,040,2.24.040,2.27.040,2.28.440,
2.29.040 to change the beginning and ending dates of Commissionerterms.

4. AWARD OF CONTRACT - CITY YARD FENCE AND GATE REPLACEMENT.
BUDGET AMENDMENT OF $262.542.50
Director of Parks and Recreation Enriquez presented the Staff Report and described the project.Assistant City ManagerlDirector of Administative Services provided information regarding firnding and the property.

Moved by Mayor Pro-Tem Paras-Caracci, seconded by Councilmember K*g, and carried by the following vote of the Council to award the construction contact for the City Yard Fence and Gate Replacement Project to Quality Fence Co. Inc., as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in the amount of $238,675.00, in a ddition to a ten percent contingency, for a total budget amendment of $262,542.50 from the General Fund.AYES:
