Authorization of One-Time Appreciation Pay
Recommendation: Authorize a budget amendment to the General Fund of $145,000 for one-time payments of up to $5,000 for each current full-time employee who worked for the City of Duarte during the 25-month period of the COVID-19 pandemic between March 2020 and March 2022.
