Mayor Schulz called the Special Meeting to order at 4:43 p.m.

3. CITY COUNCIL GOALS WORKSHOP
City Manager Jordan gave a presentation on the City's 2023-2026 strategic plan; he reviewed the goals that the City will strive to achieve in the upcoming year. scussion ensued regarding working improvements to foster an effective City government, t ng-term health of the City's financial condition, safety and security around the City neighborhoods and communities, reducing the incidence and effects of homelessness, economic development throughout attractive commercial centers, enhancement of the community's physical beauty and facade, and continuity of delivering high-quality recreational and educational amenities for the community.
The City Council gave feedback and direction regarding the proposed goals.
4. ADJOURNMENT - To Scheduled Regular City Council Meeting At 6:48 p.m. the City Council adjourned the meeting to the scheduled regular City Council meeting.
