City Council Concurrence with City Manager Appointment of Public Safety Services Department Head Position Recommendation: Concur with the City Manager's appointment of Larry Breceda to the position of Director of Public Safety Services, effective July 1, 2023, pursuant to Section 2.12.090 (c) of the Duarte Municipal Code.

Fiscal Year 2023/24 Budget Highlights
Recommendation: Adopt the proposed FY 2023/24 Budget.
