Any person wishing to speak on any items listed on this special meeting agenda, may sign up to do so by 5:45 p.m. The opportunity to speak is on a first come, first served basis. Each person may speak once for no more than 1 minute. Public comments may be submitted by public comment card or by emailing
[email protected], before 5:45 p.m. Under the Brown Act, members of the City Council can respond only with a brief reply to issues raised and no action on such matters may take place at this meeting.

CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUARTE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the majority of the City Council have called for a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Duarte to be held at the Kenneth M. Bell Gymnasium, at 1565 Central Avenue on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
The Special Meeting will be for the purpose of holding the 2026 State of the City and Schools Address.
