1. 2026 STATE OF THE CITY AND SCHOOLS ADDRESS
Mayor Martin Del Campo called the open session to order at 6:07 p.m.
City Manager Villalobos and Duarte Unified School District (DUSD) Superintendent Jessica Medrano welcomed the city to this year's State of the City.

Mayor Martin Del Campo and Duarte Unified School District Board President Reyna Diaz unveiled this year's theme, "Legacy in Motion"; highlighted key achievements from 2025; and provided updates on ongoing progress, partnerships, and the vision shaping the Duarte community.
