A Special Meeting of the Dublin City Council was held on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 in the Regional Meeting Room at the Civic Center. The meeting was called to order at 6:01 PM., by Mayor Hernandez.

3. Study Session
3.1 Study Session: Inspiration Drive Memory Care and Assisted Living (PLPA- 2020-00044 & PLPA-2020-00045)
The City Council received a presentation on the Inspiration Drive Memory Care and Assisted Living projects proposed by Fulcrum Development. The two projects include the development of a 55-bed memory care facility and an 84-bed assisted living facility on the Valley Christian Center property.
The Council asked Staff and the applicant clarifying questions.
