Henrietta Burroughs, Adrienne Bryant, Elvira Macias, Laura Rubio, and Ofelia Bello provided public comment.
B. ADJOURNMENT INTO CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Romero and Council Member Abrica stated that they will not attend the closed session portion.
The City Council adjourned into closed session at 6:20 p.m.
C. CITY COUNCIL TO RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened into closed session at 7:27 p.m.
D. REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
Valerie Armento, Acting City Attorney, stated that there was no reportable action.
