Genevieve Ng reported out with respect to item #3 on the Closed Session, the City Council voted for the acceptance the resignation of City Clerk, and approved the execution settlement agreement by a vote of 3 to 2 with Councilmembers Gathier, Lopez, and Wallace-Jones voting in favor and Councilmembers Romero and Abrica voting against.
